1 General Terms & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SBK21 platform, accessible via our official website. References to "SBK21", "we", "platform" or "website" refer to the operator of the online Sports Betting and casino platform operating under the name SBK21.

References to "you", "user", "member" or "player" refer to any individual who accesses, registers for or uses the SBK21 platform in any capacity.

Key definitions used throughout this document:

• Account: A personal account registered by a user on SBK21 to access the platform's services.
• Account Balance: The total funds available in your SBK21 account that can be used for betting or withdrawn in accordance with the applicable terms.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the SBK21 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

3 Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on SBK21 at any given time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — by the same individual is strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your SBK21 account password and login credentials confidential.
• All activity that occurs within your account, whether carried out by you or by another person.
• Notify SBK21 immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation.
• Ensuring that the personal information in your profile is always accurate and up to date.

SBK21 reserves the right to suspend or close your account if we have reasonable grounds to believe that account security has been compromised, or if there is suspicious activity associated with the account. In such circumstances, we will endeavour to contact you using the registered contact details on file.

For identity verification (KYC) purposes, SBK21 may require a copy of a valid official Malaysian identity document such as a MyKad or passport. Verification is typically required for your first withdrawal or when certain thresholds are reached. The KYC process is an industry standard designed to protect the security of your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

SBK21 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, ShopeePay, Boost and FPX via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit is RM 10 for most payment methods.
• Deposits via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, GrabPay) are typically processed within seconds.
• FPX deposits may take up to 10 minutes to process, depending on your bank.
• SBK21 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, payment providers may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30.
• E-wallet withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes.
• Withdrawals via FPX are processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for your deposit.
• SBK21 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for the purpose of security checks or KYC compliance.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

SBK21 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback and weekly challenges. All bonuses are subject to the rollover requirements stated in the relevant promotional terms.

General principles that apply to all SBK21 bonuses:

1. Bonuses may only be claimed by members who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
2. Each member is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless otherwise stated.
3. Rollover requirements must be met in full before any funds containing a bonus component can be withdrawn.
4. Wagering on certain games may contribute differently toward rollover completion — typically 100% for slots, 10% for Live Casino, and other games at the rates specified.
5. SBK21 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses if there is evidence of bonus abuse or fraud.
6. Bonuses cannot be transferred or converted directly into cash.

Rollover calculation example: If you receive a bonus of RM 100 with a 20× rollover requirement, you must place bets totalling RM 2,000 (100 × 20) before the bonus funds or any winnings derived from them are eligible for withdrawal.

6 Sports Betting Rules

SBK21 offers Sports Betting across a wide range of leagues and competitions, including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, AFF Championship, BWF World Tour badminton, MPL Malaysia esports, ATP/WTA tennis and many more. General rules that apply:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
• All bets are subject to a minimum of RM 1 and the maximum limits set for each market.
• The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply — not the odds at the time the bet was initially submitted.
• Bets placed on matches already in progress (in-play) use real-time odds that may differ from pre-match odds.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be refunded in accordance with the rules applicable to that bet type.
• SBK21 reserves the right to void or amend bet payouts where there is an obvious error in the publication of odds.

For football matches, normal time (90 minutes plus stoppage time) is the period counted for bet settlement purposes, unless otherwise stated. Corner counts, card tallies, and other statistics follow the official records of the match organiser.

7 Live Casino & Slots

All live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger) and slot games on SBK21 are powered by software from internationally certified providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Habanero, Big Time Gaming, and Relax Gaming.

• Using another person's identity to register or carry out transactions.
• Bonus abuse, such as registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• The use of automated software, bots or other technical tools to exploit the SBK21 system.
• Manipulating games or colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Making a deposit using a payment method that does not belong to you.
• Using the SBK21 platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Sharing account access with others or allowing someone else to place bets using your account.

SBK21 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity, place account balances on hold during an investigation, and notify the relevant authorities if illegal activity is suspected. SBK21's decisions on disciplinary matters are final.

9 Limitation of Liability

SBK21 provides its online betting and casino platform on an "as is" basis, without any implied or express warranties, except as specifically stated in these terms.

SBK21 is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of your betting activity on this platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or third-party actions.
• Errors or omissions in information displayed on the platform that are not the direct result of our own negligence.

• Any mental or physical health effects that may arise from betting activity.

SBK21's maximum liability to you under any circumstance is limited to the amount of funds in your SBK21 account balance at the time the claim is made, or RM 1,000 — whichever is lower — except in cases of proven direct negligence on the part of SBK21.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Changes to Terms & Governing Law

SBK21 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless an immediate change is required for security or legal reasons.

Continued use of the SBK21 platform after any changes to the Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and contact SBK21 support to close your account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be removed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
